About Jeff Winkler
Jeff Winkler is the president of Sifu Safety and Security, a consultant for School Safety Operations LLC., and Protective Detail Specialist the Global Security Group. Jeff is a retired 31 year veteran of the Drug Enforcement Administration where he served as the Senior Team Leader of one of the USA’s busiest Federal High-Risk Tactical Teams. Jeff’s real expertise is in the handling of critical incidents and the planning and implementation of tactical operations.
