Founded by state school boards associations in 2022, the Consortium of State School Boards Associations (COSSBA) is a nonpartisan, national alliance dedicated to sharing resources and information to support, promote, and strengthen state school boards associations as they serve their local school districts and board members.

Case Consultations
Case consultation provides your team with direct access to skilled SST Threat Analysts, who are available 24/7 when school safety concerns arise. SST Threat Analysts are professionally trained in Behavioral and Digital Threat Assessment® and have a proven track record of securing publicly available, open-sourced social media content that has led to successful community intervention.
- SST will provide an encrypted intake form to be filled out and submitted. Timeliness and details are critical.
- A response from the Threat Analyst team will be sent within 15 minutes to acknowledge receipt of the intake and a Digital Baseline Report (DBR) will be provided within 2-3 hours.
- A DBR provides a complete, comprehensive Digital Threat Assessment® and digital baseline of an individual who may be on the pathway to violence.
