Our Summit will be hosted at The Westin Bayshore in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. ️️In-person attendees will receive a complimentary lunch for the 2-day symposium. Coffee and refreshments will be provided throughout the symposium and pre-conference.
We will also be hosting an evening of networking for those joining us in-person (registration is required). The networking event will be hosted on February 18th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with complimentary appetizers.
Discount parking, room rates, and Air Canada discount codes are available for Symposium attendees. More details are coming soon by mid-end of September 2026.
If you wish to transfer or cancel your registration, all requests must be submitted by email at least 30 days prior to the symposium start date and will be subject to a $50.00 administration fee. If you would like to transfer your registration to a colleague, please notify Safer Schools Together of the name substitution 30 days prior to the event start date. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 30 days of the event start date.
Refunds will not be provided for any registrants who fail to attend the symposium or a portion of the symposium.
